Not sure if you saw this, but Nevada has suspended its green property tax abatement program, citing a revenue shortfall. Links are in my post below:

Stephen, thanks for the link and for the updaten on the update. Per your link, Patagonia should receive their property tax abatements but all other applications will be denied or postponed indefinitely due to revenue shortfalls. Looks like money spent and gambled in Vegas, isn't staying in Vegas!

I think governments need to take a more proactive approach to incentivising businesses and companies to build better buildings and to also use less fossil fuels.
