Fidentia Green Buildings, a specialized investment vehicle from Fidentia Real Estate Investments, has acquired the Solaris building in Brussels. CB Richard Ellis advised the seller, Herpain Urbis SA. Both the buyer and seller are forerunners concerning green transactions in Europe. Designed by the architects Assar, the Solaris belongs to a new generation of green buildings that are low energy consumers. The Solaris building will add over147,000 square feet of sustainable office space. The rental rate for the Solaris will be almost $33 per square foot ($32.65 to be exact).

The buildings are works of arts because they are part of the creation of ingenuity of man. The new designs that catch the attention of many by the structure, colour, and size. It´s amazing the talent that man has developed over time to build.
